A breast lift involves a major surgery followed by a minimum of two weeks recovery. He points out that, in some cases, large-breasted women who are happy with their size but not their shape who are considering having this procedure don't realize that they might be trading the sag for a scar. If they are contemplating the surgery for aesthetic reasons, the long-term scar may deter them.
